Copies of this quiz were distributed in the community of Clock House during the festival in 2016. Clock House Beckenham today is only known by most Londoners as a railway station (see my print) but in the past Clock House was an old mansion house built by a Huguenot family but fell into decay and demolished at the end of 19th century. Clock House referred to the clock on the stable block. It survived the coming of the railway which led to the development of the local housing area. A technical college was built on that site and can be seen in my Beckenham Road print.
